At Harrell’s Tire & Auto Service, the job isn’t finished when you leave the lot. Qualifying repairs and parts are backed by nationwide warranty protection, so you’re covered at home and on the road.
That means if something related to the original work needs attention later, you can return to us—or get help through a participating shop almost anywhere in the country. Coverage typically includes both parts and labor on eligible services, giving you one less thing to worry about after a brake job, diagnostic repair, engine or drivetrain work, or other major service.
We use quality parts and ASE-certified technicians because we expect our work to last. The warranties available at Harrell’s exist so you don’t have to take that on faith. Road Hazard
Warranty
Harrell’s optional Road Hazard Warranty provides added tire protection for 15% of the tire purchase price. Eligible tires qualify for full replacement when covered road-hazard damage occurs within the first 12 months, followed by prorated credit based on remaining usable tread. The warranty also includes free repairs for eligible tire punctures, helping drivers manage unexpected damage caused by everyday road conditions. Coverage ends when the tire reaches 4/32-inch remaining tread and applies only at Harrell’s-owned locations. Technet® Professional Nationwide Warranty
Qualifying repairs completed by Harrell’s Tire & Auto Service are protected by the TechNet® Professional Nationwide Warranty for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This limited automotive repair warranty provides added confidence when traveling by offering eligible coverage through the nationwide TechNet Professional network. If a covered problem develops away from home, participating repair facilities may assist with the warranty process. Coverage varies by repair and remains subject to the requirements, limitations, and exclusions provided with your original invoice. Jasper® Limited Nationwide Warranty
The JASPER® Limited Nationwide Warranty protects eligible remanufactured automotive components against defects in JASPER workmanship and materials. Coverage periods vary according to the component, application, time, and mileage limits detailed in the written warranty. Eligible products may include remanufactured engines, transmissions, transfer cases, differentials, and other qualifying components. Warranty claims require notice, prior authorization, and inspection of the alleged defective product before repair or replacement can be approved.
